What does it mean when a product See Available only upon request?

The products which are marked as Available only upon request are not usually available. In such cases you can contact us by phone 77 77 77 99 for more information as to the date that you will have the products from the date of your order.

Payment methods

  • Corporate Customers prices and payment terms.All prices you see when you log in our shop and the payment terms are in accordance with your terms of cooperation.
  • Payment on receipt of order to your place (COD Method).For all orders over €20,00 + VAT we offer FREE delivery at the billing address you will choose during the checkout and you pay the value of your invoice upon the delivery. If you want the delivery to be made via courier office then the delivery fee of the courier must be paid by you (customer).
  • Payment via JCC GatewayWe will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related with financial data.All payments are performed by credit card using a secure Gateway checkout page provided by JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

    When you are about to pay, you will be redirected to the JCC secure Gateway checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment and then redirected back to our website to view your order receipt.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 3 working days. If you order a product in large volumes we will contact you for the date and time of delivery. You can see more information on the Delivery page.

Can I track my order?

Orders delivered with UNISTAT delivery service are not trackable. You can call us to inform if your order is on the way for delivery. Orders delivered via courier are trackable only if you request to provide you with the tracking number of your order.

Can I return the product if I dont like it?

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • In all cases where a proven fault of UNISTAT exists, i.e., UNISTAT sold wrong products or products of poor quality or faulty products (wrong in taking the order, in the pricing, damaged during delivery, in poor packaging, expired, etc.)
  • In all cases where there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product guarantee.
  • In any case you have the option not to accept the product at the delivery or, as received, return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.  In such cases, the customer assumes the cost of transport for the return.
  • PERSONALISED PRODUCTS: UNISTAT cannot accept returns of personalised products unless the products are faulty. To avoid mistakes we always send the artwork to the customer for proofing and the customer has the responsibility to thoroughly check the artwork for any mistakes before giving his/her final approval. After the final approval is given from the customer the order will proceed for production. If you have made a mistake with your order of personalised products please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our very best to amend it, however, on occasions we will not able to make any changes.

In each and any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, at the state received by the customer, complete and without any damage and in the packaging which the product was originally delivered and in an excellent condition. The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products as a result from the management of the products other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products. If not returned within 15 days then UNISTAT LTD can decline any return or replacement, except those cases that fall under paragraph “2” of the above.  Moreover, in all cases the product for replacement or repair should be accompanied by all documents accompanying the product to prove the transaction. Where do you send your products?

Orders are shipped only within Cyprus (area controlled by the Government of the Republic Cyprus).

All content of web pages posted by the UNISTAT, including images, graphics, photographs, texts, services and products are property of UNISTAT and are protected by the relevant provisions of Cypriot law, European law and international conventions.

If an item is missing from your order please call us on 77 77 77 99 to find you a solution soon.

- If the mistake is ours, we take the full responsibility and we will send you the item as soon as possible at no extra charge.
- If a product is not currently available in our warehouse, we will notify you when you should expect it to be delivered to you. In a case where the arrival of the product will be delayed we can offer you an alternative replacement. If for any reason you don't want the recommended replacement product, then you will be refunded the value of the product that you originally ordered.

Cancellation may be made in the following cases:

If you have completed the online order but the order is not yet shipped you can call at 77 77 77 99 and an associate of our company will cancel your order. The full amount of your order will be refunded.

In any case that at your order occurs any issue we will be sent you similar e-mail explaining the issue. Alternatively we will contact you by phone in the number you have given during your registration.

There is no way to disable these updates, the mission of which is a prerequisite for the correct process of your order. These e-mails we ask you to make sure they can get to you and keep it throughout the procedure of our transaction. It is your obligation, if you didn't get an e-mail, according to the general conditions rule our transaction, to inform us without any delay.

With the reservation of the paragraph entitled "IMPORTANT" above, the acceptance of your order and the creation of a contract between us, will only happen when we send you an email confirming your order (Order Confirmation). This will include details about how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we will have the ability to refuse all or part of your order for any reason, so we will send you an email to inform you.

For next working day delivery and according to the schedule below, orders must be received by

14:30 Monday - Thursday (16:00 for Nicosia) and by 12:30 Friday (14:15 for Nicosia).

Please Note: The delivery schedule is only indicative and subject to change. The schedule concerns items which the company retains in stock.

Free Delivery: Deliveries are free of charge at the customer’s premises for orders above €20,00 + VAT. Orders below the amount of €20,00 + VAT are liable to a delivery fee of €4,20 + VAT.

Please review our Delivery Policy which applies to all In Stock products sold on our eshop. For Out of Stock products we will contact you to inform you about the availability and the possible delivery date.

Each time you select and add a product to your cart, you remain in the product page. To see your basket click on the shopping cart icon and find at the bottom of the list the button “SHOPPING CART”.

Permanent Cart - Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.

When you fill your basket with the products you want to buy click "Checkout". To be able to check out your order you should be a member of www.unistat.com.cy. Complete in the form the e-mail address and the password you provided when you register and login to the member's area.

You have the ability to create your own list with your favourite products by clicking the add to favourite button () on the thumbnails or in the product page. From your favourite list you can select the products and the quantity you want to order and add the selected items to your cart and proceed to check out your order. The products in your favourite list will remain in the list until you delete the products from the list. When the favourite button () is orange then the product already exists in your favourite list.

We list availability information for products sold on our website, on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.

All product offers are valid until stock lasts or until the date indicated that the offer is valid.

The Company retains the right to amend its pricing without prior notice in case extraordinary price increases are received from its suppliers and/or radical changes in the exchange rates are in effect. Furthermore, quotation validity for Copy Paper and Paper Products is for 2 months. Price Validity for Printer Consumables is for 1 month. Prices mentioned below are those valid on the date of printing the present price list and may change at any time without prior notice.

There are possibilities to have been an error while updating the product price and therefore might shows an unusually low or high price. Please if you see such a product, contact us before ordering this product.

UNISTAT cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed.  UNISTAT reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from UNISTAT. UNISTAT may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

All prices and fees in this online shop are in euros. You have the option to see the prices of the products with or without VAT. The invoice that will be issued will include in the total amount any outstanding taxes

PRODUCTS WARRANTY

Legal Warranty

UNISTAT LTD, according to the product warranty legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and the E.U., offers its customers a 2-year limited warranty ‘’LEGAL WARRANTY’’.  The warranty is valid from the date the customer purchased the product.  If the product is replaced, the warranty period will continue for the remainder of the 2-year period.

During the term of warranty, UNISTAT LTD, at its discretion, shall repair or replace free of charge the faulty product.  UNISTAT LTD shall return the repaired product or another product to the buyer in operational condition.  In case of product repair, the faulty part/s shall be replaced.  It is noted that the terms ‘’parts’’ include all parts of the product without any exceptions.

In order for the limited warranty to be in force the buyer is obliged to present the original receipt of the product.

Commercial Warranty (Manufacturer’s Warranty)

On certain products sold by UNISTAT LTD an additional commercial warranty is offered from the product manufacturer.  The commercial guarantee is will be mentioned on the products’ packaging and/or manual and/or guarantee insert and/or the Company’s online shop, and is subject to the following conditions and/or the conditions mentioned on the product’s packaging and/or manual.

Warranty Limitation

  • The defect was caused because the product was used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, the product was exposed to extreme thermal or environmental conditions, humidity, erosion, oxidation, non-authorized alterations or connections, non-authorized opening or repair, repair with the use of non-authorized parts, misuse, inappropriate installation, accident, natural phenomena, food or liquid or other actions beyond the reasonable control of UNISTAT LTD (including, but not limited to, defects in consumable parts, such as batteries which are by nature of limited lifetime) unless the defect is directly caused by defects in materials, designs or human work.
  • The product serial number or the IMEI number have been removed, erased, altered or are impossible to read.
  • The defect was caused by defective network operation.
  • The defect was caused because the product was used or connected to an accessory that is incompatible with the technical features of the device/appliance.
  • The product software needs to be upgraded due to changes in the network parameters or changes in its software by a non-authorized person.
  • The defect is due to a file or program placed on the internal or external memory of the device.
  • The product has not been inspected by the Company’s technical department to verify and confirm the defect of the product.
  • The product was not returned to UNISTAT LTD within thirty (30) days as of the occurrence of the defect during the warranty.
  • All consumables or accessories of a product, e.g. (chargers, batteries, headphones, inks and so on) are covered by a warranty of good functioning under the conditions stated above for a period not exceeding three (3) months.
  • The warranty on some consumer products (ex. office supplies, stationery, paper products and so on) relates to the correct operation of the product based on product’s nature, properties, specifications and product description.
  • For Corporate Customers, only the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
